Documentation image of the installation element of "Transience: An Exploration of Objecthood and Object Memory". Roughly 100 photographs of varying sizes are placed on the floor with dried leaves and carpet to reproduce the experience I had while making the work. The printed images have been wheat-pasted and deteriorated outdoors for two weeks. Viewer participants are encouraged to handle the pieces or even step on them. Audio files of the abandoned community and interview audio from a previous owner are played in the space.
